Gucci Operations Controller in Puebla – oversee inventory, shipments, and stockroom operations at a luxury retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the stockroom in an organized and efficient manner to facilitate rapid item location and retrieval
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Execute merchandise transfers and consolidations according to corporate procedures
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and negative on-hand counts
- Stock supplies at point-of-sale locations and maintain cash wrap areas
- Provide operational support to sales associates and department managers
- Monitor merchandise movement throughout the store to ensure positive inventory results and minimize shrinkage
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations, inventory, or retail stockroom role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with retail inventory systems and merchandise management procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Passion for fashion and luxury products
