Gucci Operations Controller in Miami, FL — oversee stockroom, inventory and retail operations for Gucci in the Miami Design District.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee stockroom operations to maintain an accurate, organised inventory and ensure timely movement of merchandise, including transfers, RTVs and damaged goods.
- Execute and supervise shipping and receiving processes, escalate and resolve discrepancies to the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Coordinate and conduct cycle counts, scheduled inventories and reconciliations in collaboration with store leadership.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines and maintain accurate operations documentation and procedures.
- Support day-to-day store operations by troubleshooting operational, service, facilities and compliance issues and assisting with physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Manage ordering of office and store supplies and ensure strict adherence to company standards, procedures and security guidelines.
- Submit required forms (e.g., 8300, tax-exempt) and communicate any compliance or inventory discrepancies immediately to management.
- Act as a Gucci ambassador by promoting brand values and contributing to a branded luxury client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including climbing ladders, bending and lifting boxes.
- Flexible to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, brand-focused attitude.

Experience
Minimum one year of administrative or stockroom experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
