Gucci Operations Controller in Miami Design District — manage stockroom, inventory and store operations for Gucci in Miami.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving processes and escalate issues to the Store Director or Operations Manager; coordinate resolution and documentation.
- Manage timely movement of merchandise including transfers, RTVs and damages while enforcing company procedures and security guidelines.
- Oversee and maintain an accurate, organised store inventory through cycle counts, scheduled inventories and reconciliation.
- Identify operational process gaps and implement corrective actions with Store leadership to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain clear operations documentation and store procedures for reference and audit purposes.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines and ensure timely follow-up.
- Place orders for store and office supplies and assist with physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received and communicate all discrepancies or compliance issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate retail technology and shipping software programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Physical ability to meet role requirements (climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes).
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
At least one year of administrative or stockroom experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
