Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the stockroom in a neat, organized manner to enable efficient merchandise location and retrieval
- Receive and process incoming shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Process merchandise transfers and consolidations between locations
- Investigate and resolve negative inventory discrepancies (on-hands)
- Replenish supplies and maintain cash wraps for sales associates
- Support sales associates and department managers with inventory and operational queries
- Monitor all merchandise movement to ensure positive inventory results and accuracy
Qualifications
- Demonstrated detail-oriented approach to work and inventory management
- Proven passion for luxury fashion and product knowledge
- Strong team player with collaborative attitude
- Ability to represent and promote the Gucci brand and values
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail or luxury environment
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in a similar operations, inventory, or stock control role, ideally in luxury retail
