Gucci Operations Controller at Tyson's Bloomingdales in McLean, Virginia – manage luxury boutique inventory and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and implementing timely resolutions
- Ensure timely and accurate merchandise movement including transfers, returns-to-vendor, and damage documentation according to company procedures
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions in collaboration with store leadership
- Maintain organized and current operational documentation and procedures
- Process and submit required regulatory forms including 8300 and tax-exempt documentation
- Communicate discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management
- Process merchandise repairs and damages according to company guidelines on a timely basis
- Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique premises
- Order and manage supplies for office and store operations
- Ensure strict compliance with company standards, security protocols, and procedures
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes
- Maintain an accurate, organized, and timely store inventory at all times
Qualifications
- 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency with retail management systems and shipping software platforms
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Competency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability to meet physical demands including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes
- Current work authorization to work in the United States

1 year of administrative or stockroom experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 25 per hour.
