Gucci Operations Controller position in Las Vegas. Manage boutique stockroom, inventory, and day-to-day operations for the luxury fashion retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving processes and report any discrepancies to Store Director or Operations Manager
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, returns, and damage processing while adhering to established procedures
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in coordination with management
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference and compliance purposes
- Process and submit required tax-exempt forms upon receipt
- Communicate all discrepancies and issues immediately to management
- Perform store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with direction from Store Director or Operations Manager
- Execute and maintain accurate and organized store inventory at all times
- Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique
- Place orders for office and store supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion retail or the luxury sector
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with store management and team members
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes

Experience
2–3+ years of experience in a similar operational role, preferably within fashion retail or the luxury sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail operations certification or additional relevant training is a plus.
