Gucci Operations Controller role in Las Vegas – oversee boutique stockroom, inventory management, and day-to-day operational support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Ensure timely and accurate movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and damage documentation in compliance with all procedures
  • Identify and resolve operational process problems in a quick and efficient manner in collaboration with Store Director or Operations Manager
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures for reference and compliance purposes
  • Submit all required tax-exempt forms as received and process immediately
  • Communicate all discrepancies and issues to management without delay
  • Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines
  • Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique facilities
  • Place orders for all supplies needed for the office and store operations
  • Execute and maintain accurate, organized store inventory at all times
  • Perform store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with direction from Store Director or Operations Manager
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a similar operational or stockroom role, preferably within fashion retail or the luxury sector
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and demonstrated ability to inspire trust and foster teamwork
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently and accurately
  • Meticulous attention to detail in stock management and reconciliation processes
  • Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software systems
  • Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with store management, sales teams, and other staff members
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes
