Role & Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and receiving processes and report any discrepancies to Store Director or Operations Manager for resolution
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and damage documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Identify and resolve operational issues in coordination with management in a prompt and efficient manner
• Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures for ongoing reference
• Submit all required tax-exempt forms as received and process them appropriately
• Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately upon discovery
• Process repairs and damage claims on a timely basis according to company guidelines
• Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique facility
• Place orders for office and store supplies as needed
• Execute and maintain accurate, organized store inventory at all times
• Perform store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a similar operations or stockroom role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in inventory management
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and staff
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as required in retail operations
• Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, and lift boxes regularly

Skills

Experience

2–3+ years of experience in a similar operations or stockroom role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector. Experience with retail operations, inventory control, and working within a boutique or luxury retail environment is highly valued.
