Gucci Operations Controller in Las Vegas, NV. Manage stockroom, inventory, and day-to-day operations for luxury fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving processes and report any discrepancies to Store Director or Operations Manager for resolution
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and damage documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Identify and resolve operational issues in coordination with management in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures for ongoing reference
- Submit all required tax-exempt forms as received and process them appropriately
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management immediately upon discovery
- Process repairs and damage claims on a timely basis according to company guidelines
- Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique facility
- Place orders for office and store supplies as needed
- Execute and maintain accurate, organized store inventory at all times
- Perform store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from management
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in a similar operations or stockroom role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in inventory management
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and staff
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as required in retail operations
- Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, and lift boxes regularly

Experience
2–3+ years of experience in a similar operations or stockroom role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector. Experience with retail operations, inventory control, and working within a boutique or luxury retail environment is highly valued.
