Gucci Operations Controller in Dallas – oversee boutique inventory and stockroom operations with 2-3+ years retail experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to store management and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Oversee timely movement of merchandise including transfers, returns, and damages management in accordance with company procedures
  • Identify and resolve operational process problems in quick and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory through cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation activities
  • Document and maintain clear operational procedures for reference and compliance purposes
  • Process and submit all required tax-exempt forms and documentation as received
  • Communicate all discrepancies and operational issues immediately to store management
  • Process repairs and damages on merchandise according to company guidelines
  • Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique environment
  • Place and manage orders for office and store supplies as needed
  • Ensure strict compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in operations, inventory management, or similar retail roles
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with ability to inspire trust and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with capacity to manage inventory efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
  • Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management systems
  • Proficiency in receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with team members and management
  • Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, lift boxes, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as required
