Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure efficient stockroom operations and accurate inventory management.
  • Support management in daily operations, addressing operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues in coordination with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement and adherence to procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain accurate operations documents and procedures for reference.
  • Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately to management.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order supplies for the office and store as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory at all times.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Experience with internal retail systems and shipping software programs. Ability to meet physical requirements such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $24.00 USD per hour.
