Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain an efficient, accurate stockroom; ensure timely movement, receipt, storage and organization of merchandise.
• Execute shipping and receiving processes; report and resolve discrepancies or issues with Store Director or Operations Manager.
• Perform scheduled store cycle counts, inventories and reconciliations with guidance from store leadership.
• Manage transfers, RTVs and damage processing according to company procedures and timelines.
• Maintain clear and current operations documentation and procedures for reference and audit purposes.
• Process tax‑exempt forms and ensure proper paperwork is completed and submitted as received.
• Assist with boutique physical maintenance and place orders for office and store supplies as needed.
• Communicate operational, facilities, service and security issues immediately to management and support remediation.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion retail or the luxury sector.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage inventory and perform accurate stock control.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity and ability to build trust across teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management and reconciliation processes.
• Flexibility to work varied retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes).

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years in an inventory, stockroom or retail operations role, with demonstrated experience executing cycle counts, shipping/receiving and reconciliation in a fast‑paced retail environment; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 24 per hour.
