Role & Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to Store Director or Operations Manager and resolving them promptly
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and damage processing while adhering to all procedures
• Identify operational problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently in collaboration with store management
• Maintain accurate and organized operations documents and procedures for reference and compliance purposes
• Submit all required tax-exempt forms upon receipt
• Communicate all discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management
• Process repairs and damage claims on a timely basis according to company guidelines
• Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique facility
• Place orders for office and store supplies as needed
• Execute and maintain accurate and organized store inventory at all times
• Perform store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from Store Director or Operations Manager
• Ensure full compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in a similar operations or stockroom role
• Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury sector
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage inventory efficiently
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes
• Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with store management, sales teams, and staff
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations
• Physical capability to climb ladders, bend, and lift boxes

The base compensation for this position is USD 24 per hour.
