Gucci Operations Controller in Boca Raton (Saks) — full-time role overseeing stockroom, inventory, shipping/receiving and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day stockroom operations to ensure an organised, secure and accurate inventory environment.
- Execute shipping and receiving activities, escalating and resolving issues with Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Manage movement of merchandise—transfers, RTVs and damages—ensuring adherence to company procedures and timelines.
- Lead and support scheduled cycle counts and inventories, reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain clear operations documentation and store procedures for auditability and continuous improvement.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines and submit required documentation (including 8300 and tax-exempt forms).
- Coordinate store maintenance, supplies procurement and vendor interactions to support boutique operations.
- Communicate operational, security and compliance issues immediately to management and assist in problem resolution.
- Act as a Gucci ambassador by promoting brand values and contributing to a luxury client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes).
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Eligible to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
