Gucci Operations Controller position in Aspen, Colorado. Manage inventory, stockroom operations, and day-to-day logistics. $27–$30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving processes and report any operational issues to store management for timely resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of merchandise including transfers, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and damage documentation according to company procedures
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions in collaboration with the Store Director or Operations Manager
- Maintain clear, organized, and accurate operational documentation and procedures for team reference
- Process and submit all required tax-exempt forms upon receipt
- Communicate inventory discrepancies and operational issues immediately to management
- Process repairs and damage reports according to company guidelines and timelines
- Assist with physical maintenance and upkeep of the boutique environment
- Place orders for office and store supplies as directed
- Ensure ongoing compliance with company standards, security procedures, and operational guidelines
- Execute and maintain accurate inventory records and an organized stockroom at all times
- Perform cycle counts, scheduled physical inventories, and reconciliation with guidance from store leadership
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar operations, inventory, or stock management role
- Experience in fashion retail or luxury sector strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in stock management
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required
- Physical capability to perform job duties including climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes, and moving merchandise
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of experience in a similar operations, inventory, or stock management role, preferably within the fashion retail industry or luxury sector. Prior experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control systems is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail operations or logistics training is beneficial.

This position is based in Aspen, Colorado, USA, within easy reach of Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27 to USD 30 per hour.
