  • Manage weekly delivery and stock arrival schedules, identify potential risks in launch plans, and propose proactive solutions
  • Identify and evaluate product opportunities through local stock mutualization and headquarters requests
  • Develop and execute newness launch plans in alignment with department-of-sales and e-commerce festivity calendars
  • Monitor seasonal newness sell-through percentages and implement appropriate strategies to optimize inventory liquidation and sales performance
  • Conduct bi-monthly product projections for carryover styles across selected categories
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to prioritize products and develop comprehensive zoning plans
  • Partner with training departments to develop product knowledge enhancement initiatives and conduct seasonal product training sessions for retail staff
  • Coordinate with communications and client engagement teams to ensure consistent and synchronized product messaging across all platforms
  • Analyze seasonal performance differences between online and offline channels to inform buying decisions
  • Execute independent management of assigned categories during buying campaigns, assuming ownership of assortment proposals and presenting materials to local and headquarters review committees
  • Coach and support subordinates with buying campaign documentation and system data entry
  • Proactively monitor competitor product offerings, actions, and market trends, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Lead transversal cross-functional projects on an ad-hoc basis

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in merchandising, category management, or inventory management within luxury retail or fashion
