Gucci Merchandiser position in Dubai: develop product range plans and optimize inventory across retail channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product range plans and master orders aligned with brand strategy and territorial requirements
- Organize and coordinate buying processes to optimize inventory distribution across regions and channels
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product selection and stock allocation decisions
- Ensure optimal balance between product assortment breadth and inventory turnover
- Manage communication between retail operations, buying teams, and supply chain partners
- Monitor product performance and visibility across assigned territories or sales channels
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail merchandising or product buying
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain optimization

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in retail merchandising, buying, or related inventory planning roles within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating expertise in merchandising operations.
