Gucci Menswear Product Coordinator in Milan — support design and product development from concept to delivery at Gucci, Kering Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor product development calendars and timelines across menswear categories to ensure delivery milestones are met.
- Review, log and distribute samples to relevant internal teams and external partners, maintaining rigorous version control and deadline adherence.
- Coordinate end-to-end product development activities from initial inspiration through prototypes, fittings and final product delivery.
- Prepare collection overviews and support the Design Director in assembling materials for internal reviews and executive presentations.
- Organize review sessions with the Creative Director, including meeting room setup, sample presentation and documentation readiness.
- Maintain and archive sketches, samples and prototypes across shared drives, iCloud folders and physical archives, ensuring traceability.
- Field and prioritize cross-departmental requests related to collections and ensure timely resolution and communication.
- Serve as primary liaison with Product Development teams and attend fittings from prototype stages through to production sign-off.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in a product coordinator or similar role with demonstrable expertise in menswear ready-to-wear product development.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to translate trend and market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent development tracks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach across hierarchies and functions.
- Flexible mindset, comfortable with change and iterative working methods, and impactful verbal and written communication.

Experience
At least five years' hands-on experience supporting menswear product development teams in a luxury or high-end ready-to-wear environment, with proven exposure to sample handling, fittings and collection delivery cycles.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, Apparel Technology, Industrial Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
