Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct trend research and gather inspiration from various sources such as vintage markets, suppliers, and archives.
  • Develop sketches and design concepts in alignment with the brand's aesthetic and the direction of the Senior Designer and Design Director.
  • Propose innovative ideas and collaborate on real-size mock-ups.
  • Apply graphic corrections and develop renderings, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and merchandising teams to ensure product development aligns with collection goals.
  • Facilitate clear communication with internal stakeholders to provide detailed product specifications and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar design role within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of product development, materials, and industrial production processes.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, designers, and brand history.
  • Proficiency in freehand drawing and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Skills

Ability to work collaboratively within multicultural teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Fluency in English.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
