Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project execution for new store openings, renovations, pop-ups, and pop-in activations across the Americas region
- Lead implementation of region-wide operational programs including RFID, MPOS, POS, Buy Online Pickup (BOP), Runner Booster, and Worldwide Retail Excellence initiatives
- Establish and maintain a regional analytics dashboard serving as the single source of truth for all operational data and insights across Americas markets
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, workflows, RAID logs, and stakeholder maps; clarify decision rights and identify key business owners
- Arrange and lead milestone meetings; proactively monitor progress to ensure deadlines, scope, and quality are met across all concurrent projects
- Build operational excellence across store operations, including inventory management and staffing (back-of-house and front-of-house)
- Coordinate strategically with all Regional Operations Managers throughout the Americas (US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and the Caribbean) to ensure alignment on shared objectives
- Serve as expert liaison between business owners, retail leadership, store teams, and cross-functional partners during all phases of project execution
- Mitigate and resolve risks and issues from project initiation through completion; escalate appropriately and recommend solutions
- Manage project budgets where applicable; record project costs and expenses with discipline
- Translate operational and project data into clear, executive-ready insights for senior leadership and Worldwide headquarters
- Support preparation of monthly business reviews, regional sales reviews, and other recurring leadership forums
- Maintain KPI dashboards and performance scorecards tracking project milestones, operational productivity, client KPIs, operating costs, and inventory control metrics
- Support the Worldwide Retail Excellence Program in the Americas, strengthening retail excellence culture across the brand
- Champion a client-centric approach and contribute to seamless omnichannel integration across in-store and e-Commerce touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-store retail operations role, ideally within luxury, premium consumer, or specialty retail environments
- Demonstrated project management experience managing concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders, defined milestones, and budget accountability
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data and metrics to drive decisions
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels; comfortable with both big-picture thinking and detailed execution
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage credibly with senior leadership and store teams
- Highly organized with capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities and shifting timelines
- Track record of collaborating effectively in matrixed, cross-functional networks
- Direct experience partnering with Finance, Store Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, After-Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Loss Prevention, Legal, Client Engagement, and Human Resources strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); prior experience with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau a plus
