Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlet locations in Canada.
- Translate Gucci America's client engagement strategy into store-specific plans to drive sales and client retention.
- Collaborate with Store Directors, retail leadership, and corporate teams to ensure synergy in client engagement efforts.
- Analyze client outreach achievements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement tourist development programs to engage local and international clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with top clients, enhancing their brand experience through personalized interactions.
- Manage regional client engagement events, coordinating with corporate teams to ensure excellence in execution.
- Present business performance results related to client development to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of management experience in retail, marketing, special events, hospitality, or consulting.
- Proven ability in client management and relationship building in a B2B and B2C environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in management roles within retail, marketing, special events, hospitality, or consulting, with a focus on client engagement and relationship management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation
