Gucci Osteria seeks an experienced Maître in Florence to lead exceptional service delivery in this luxury gastronomic venue. €33,000–€35,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage front-of-house operations in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
- Define, supervise, and ensure state-of-the-art service delivery across all guest interactions
- Greet and escort guests with professional hospitality and positive demeanor
- Oversee and regulate the flow of guests throughout the dining venue
- Supervise mise en place preparation and proper table setup in coordination with restaurant leadership
- Proactively manage guest queries, concerns, and complaints with discretion and problem-solving expertise
- Advise guests on menu selections and beverage pairings
- Handle administrative responsibilities associated with daily operations
- Demonstrate proven people-management and team leadership capabilities
Qualifications
- Solid and significant professional experience as a Maître in hospitality or tourism
- Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality contexts
- Fluent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken
