Gucci Milan seeks a Mail Distribution Coordinator (maternity cover) to manage mail, shipments and internal shuttles. Milan, Italy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, register and manage incoming parcels, mail and courier deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Sort and distribute correspondence and packages to internal departments, ensuring traceability and correct routing.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and courier collections, verifying documentation and shipment accuracy.
- Monitor shipment statuses and maintain up-to-date tracking records for inbound and outbound flows.
- Manage and archive logistics and transport documentation in compliance with internal traceability requirements.
- Support organisation and day-to-day management of internal shuttle services, including loading/unloading and adherence to scheduled timelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent secondary school qualification.
- Previous experience in logistics, mailroom or similar operational roles.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Availability for flexible working hours and shift schedules.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.

Previous operational experience in logistics, mailroom services or comparable roles; experience should demonstrate competence in handling inbound/outbound shipments, documentation and coordination with couriers.
