Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, register and manage incoming parcels, mail and courier deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Sort and distribute correspondence and packages to internal departments, ensuring traceability and correct routing.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and courier collections, verifying documentation and shipment accuracy.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and maintain up-to-date tracking records for inbound and outbound flows.
  • Manage and archive logistics and transport documentation in compliance with internal traceability requirements.
  • Support organisation and day-to-day management of internal shuttle services, including loading/unloading and adherence to scheduled timelines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent secondary school qualification.
  • Previous experience in logistics, mailroom or similar operational roles.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Availability for flexible working hours and shift schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
