Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and systems to identify performance trends and sales opportunities
- Execute cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and client lifetime value
- Deliver engaging, emotionally resonant client experiences through hospitality-focused service and welcome protocols
- Proactively establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring clients feel valued from point of entry
- Apply styling knowledge and product mix-and-match expertise to curate personalized recommendations
- Develop and recruit top-tier local and international clients, building a sustainable VIP client portfolio
Qualifications
