Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge and an understanding of Gucci’s history and heritage to inform client interactions.
  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service in accordance with Gucci guidelines, using storytelling to present product provenance and features.
  • Ensure the boutique and sales floor adhere to the brand’s visual merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPI metrics.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, packaging, and ensure accuracy and security of cash handling.
  • Support the in‑store alterations/retouch service: take measurements, coordinate adjustments, manage client bookings and follow up on orders.
  • Contribute to inventory control: receive and inspect deliveries, restock sales floor, label and organise the reserve.
  • Apply CRM procedures to develop and maintain the boutique’s client database.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster effective team communication and a consistent client experience.
  • Comply with store security and loss‑prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and impeccable presentation.
  • Previous experience in luxury, premium or high‑end retail is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly for stock management and visual standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in France.
  • Basic numeracy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale operations.

Experience

Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
