Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Gucci brand ambassador by proactively engaging clients, creating personalised experiences and building long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, effective cross-sell and upsell techniques, and promotion of virtual appointments and remote selling.
- Use product storytelling, expert styling advice and up-to-date fashion knowledge to guide clients to informed purchase decisions.
- Collect and maintain accurate client data through in-store technology and POS systems to personalise future interactions and support CRM initiatives.
- Maintain a One‑Gucci client perspective across exchanges, returns, repairs and all client touchpoints to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Contribute to store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, POS transactions, loss-prevention procedures and general administration.
- Uphold visual merchandising and grooming standards in line with Gucci guidelines and participate in training to refresh product and selling skills.
- Collaborate openly with colleagues to propose solutions, support team results and foster a high-performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion or high-end retail sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships and to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct; ability to inspire trust among colleagues and clients.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and the luxury sector; strong commercial awareness.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of direct experience in luxury fashion or premium retail sales, with a documented track record of driving individual and store results, recruiting and developing clients, and executing high‑touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is advantageous but not required.
