Gucci Client Advisor position in Singapore at Changi Airport. Luxury retail sales, customer service, and brand representation role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand the clientele base through active engagement and regular communication
- Serve as brand ambassador, instilling brand vision and fostering consumer loyalty
- Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively and consistently
- Follow up on client enquiries and requests independently, including post-sale services
- Deliver exceptional service standards with personalized suggestions and anticipation of client needs
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across best sellers, new arrivals, and all category information
- Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize client satisfaction
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with global guidelines
- Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures
- Assist with point-of-sale operations and daily closing settlement
- Receive, process, and pack stock for assigned categories
- Conduct inventory category scans and cycle counts for stock control purposes
- Replenish display merchandise as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail or service industry with proven luxury fashion background
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and sales-driven performance record
- Strong independent decision-making capabilities
- Engaging personality with inquisitive mindset
- Passionate commitment to career development within luxury fashion
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity from the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion retail or hospitality.
