Role & Responsibilities
- Research and synthesise trend intelligence and visual inspiration from art, exhibitions, archives, suppliers and market monitoring to inform new collections.
- Conceive and develop jewelry concepts and sketches consistent with the Design Director’s brief and the brand’s aesthetic.
- Produce and refine 3D renderings and technical mappings of collections; assist in translating sketches into manufacturable prototypes.
- Collaborate with senior designers, product development and the jewelry studio to ensure samples faithfully reflect initial designs and material choices.
- Support fashion show development by monitoring sample production, diagnosing issues and proposing practical solutions to preserve design intent.
- Contribute original ideas and iterations; incorporate feedback from senior designers and adapt drawings with alternative materials, finishes and colours.
- Manage multiple projects to deadline while maintaining attention to detail and design coherence across categories (fashion jewelry, silver, eyewear).
Qualifications
- Degree in jewelry design, fashion design or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in jewelry design with exposure to the full design workflow.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrable proficiency in sketching and visual communication; experience producing coherent collection mappings.
- Ability to work under direction from senior designers while autonomously managing defined tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
