Role & Responsibilities
- Act as strategic HR advisor to industrial leadership, translating business objectives into HR and talent actions for manufacturing and operations.
- Design and support organisational design, workforce planning and change-management programmes aligned with business transformation and sustainability goals.
- Drive end-to-end talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and targeted development initiatives.
- Maintain a constructive employee relations climate; advise on complex people matters in collaboration with legal and industrial relations stakeholders.
- Identify skill gaps and future capability needs; champion reskilling and upskilling initiatives in line with innovation and operational requirements.
- Ensure consistent application of corporate HR policies, processes and tools across industrial sites.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and monitor key people indicators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in law, economics, political science or equivalent field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner with exposure to senior stakeholders.
- Extensive HR leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing or operations environments; luxury or fashion experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labour law and employee relations in an industrial context.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to operate with strategic judgement while maintaining a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English.
Skills
Experience
Substantial experience in HR leadership roles within industrial or manufacturing environments, with a track record of partnering senior leadership on organisational transformation, complex employee relations and talent strategies; prior experience in luxury or fashion manufacturing is highly desirable.
Education
Master’s degree in law, economics, political science or related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Scandicci, Tuscany, Italy, with easy access to Florence.
