Gucci seeks an Industrial People Partner for its Shoe Business Unit in Scandicci, Italy. Support HR strategy in manufacturing and supply chain functions with competitive compensation and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted People partner for leaders and teams within the Shoe Business Unit, providing strategic guidance on people, organizational, and employee-related matters
  • Translate Shoe Business Unit priorities into actionable HR and talent initiatives tailored to industrial and manufacturing environments
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management activities in close collaboration with senior People partners and business stakeholders
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and constructive employee relations climate, escalating complex matters appropriately and engaging legal and industrial relations expertise as needed
  • Execute end-to-end talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and targeted development actions
  • Guide leaders in delivering feedback, conducting performance conversations, and supporting people development consistently and equitably
  • Identify skill gaps and capability needs across manufacturing, supply chain, and technical functions within the Shoe Business Unit
  • Drive reskilling and upskilling initiatives aligned with innovation, transformation, and sustainability goals
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and tools in compliance with corporate standards and Italian labor regulations
  • Leverage HR data and people analytics to support informed decision-making and strategic reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, enhancing efficiency, simplicity, and overall employee experience

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in law, economics, political science, or psychology
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Specialist with demonstrated exposure to business stakeholders
  • Experience in HR roles within industrial, manufacturing, or operations environments, ideally with exposure to footwear, leather goods, luxury, or fashion sectors
  • Strong business acumen and ability to establish credibility with leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, policies, labor law fundamentals, and employee relations principles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments while managing competing priorities with flexibility and precision

Experience

Ideally with background in footwear, leather goods, luxury, or fashion industries. Demonstrates hands-on, pragmatic, collaborative, and people-oriented approach to HR challenges.

Education

Master's degree in law, economics, political science, or psychology.

This position is based in Scandicci, Tuscany, Italy, within easy reach of Florence.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
