Gucci Industrial Controlling Intern in Scandicci, Italy. Support global finance teams in reporting, analysis, and digital transformation starting October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Industrial Controllers in analyzing and optimizing monthly reporting processes
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of AI-based tools and digital solutions for finance and controlling activities
- Analyze financial and operational data to assess plant efficiency in both actual and forecast scenarios
- Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools for business stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional projects engaging Finance, Operations, and IT teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the controlling function and reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of university or recent graduate (within the past year) with studies in Management, Business, or related discipline
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or university activities and volunteer engagement
Skills
Experience
Previous extracurricular or educational experience abroad is preferred. Genuine interest in technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence applications is essential. Demonstrated curiosity and proactivity regarding emerging tools and methodologies.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

This position is based in Scandicci, Tuscany, Italy, within easy reach of Florence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 750 per month.
