Gucci seeks an In‑Store Visual Merchandiser in Beverly Hills (Rodeo Drive) to execute windows and store visuals. Hourly range $38.94–$43.26 USD.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain global visual merchandising directives for interior displays, windows and in‑store events to cultivate an optimal store environment and maximise sell‑through.
  • Execute store set‑ups and adapt seasonal visual directives in a brand‑appropriate manner while preserving cohesive creative statements.
  • Plan and perform window installations in partnership with the Visual Merchandising Director and deliver timely PowerPoint recaps of store visual activity to stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to store associates on visual standards and merchandising techniques.
  • Partner with Store Director and Visual Merchandising Director to monitor store performance and identify visual merchandising opportunities to support current business trends.
  • Maintain competitive awareness of retail visual merchandising standards and implement best practices.
  • Support multiple store locations across the Los Angeles market as required; travel within the region is minimal but expected for team support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional visual merchandising experience, ideally within retail and luxury environments.
  • Multi‑store experience preferred.
  • Self‑motivated, highly detail oriented with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional overnight shifts to meet urgent deadlines.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor store teams on visual standards.

Experience
