Gucci HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition role in Taipei City. Support recruitment, employer branding, and talent management initiatives for a luxury fashion leader.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates aligned with Gucci's employer brand and business objectives
  • Identify, screen, and assess candidates internally and externally to determine best fit for organizational roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through candidate offer and onboarding
  • Create and maintain effective candidate experience processes and communication protocols
  • Support talent development and retention initiatives to maintain organizational performance
  • Implement effective onboarding strategies and processes for new employees
  • Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and succession planning requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide reporting on hiring performance

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills for identifying candidate potential and fit
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements

Experience
