Gucci HR Operations Specialist
Gucci Seoul seeks an HR Operations Specialist (fixed-term) to manage Compensation & Benefits, Workday HRIS and employee services.

Role & Responsibilities
- Administer Compensation & Benefits programs end-to-end, including flexible benefits, employee purchase, group insurance, tuition allowance, congratulatory/condolence programs, gifting, annual leave management, retirement pension enrollment and benefit-related payments.
- Support payroll and compensation data administration, ensure timely processing of HR invoices and contracts, and manage recurring C&B operational cycles (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual activities).
- Maintain and update HR policies and compliance documentation; prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., handicapped employee levy, workplace childcare surveys, veteran reports) and manage employment certificates and leave records.
- Operate and maintain HRIS data accuracy (Workday), manage associated interfaces, promote digitalization initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline HR administrative practices.
- Handle administrative processes related to visas/renewals, relocation support, T&A system updates, organizational changes (onboarding, transfers) and provide timely, professional responses to employee inquiries.
- Support employee engagement programs and HR-driven events including onboarding, long-service awards, internal campaigns and talent reward programs; collaborate with HR leadership and People Partners to drive participation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits or employee services.
- Proficiency with HRIS (Workday), Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centred, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Korean and English.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits or employee services; experience within retail or luxury environments is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
