Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the luxury fashion industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
