Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee optimal and timely delivery of food preparation with meticulous attention to detail
- Supervise and coordinate preparation and cooking operations, delegating tasks to kitchen commis and culinary staff
- Direct preparation methods for cooked and raw foods, including cutting, filleting, marinating, and specialized cooking techniques
- Ensure synchronization and operational efficiency across all kitchen stations
- Manage food orders, inventory control, and pantry supply logistics
- Verify mise en place standards for all courses and service sequences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in tourism and hospitality kitchen operations
- Fluent in English or Italian
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operating procedures and food safety regulations
- Proficiency with kitchen machinery and food preservation techniques
- Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
