Gucci seeks an experienced Global Retail Performance Senior Manager in Milano to drive data-driven commercial strategies and performance governance across the global store network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive global frameworks for commercial targets and sales planning, monitoring retail performance to identify risks and opportunities
  • Lead productivity frameworks and efficiency tracking across markets in collaboration with Retail Excellence teams
  • Partner with HR to design retail contests and incentive schemes aligned with business objectives
  • Own the Retail Scorecard, ensuring consistency, transparency and alignment at global level
  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to senior stakeholders, including weekly business reviews with clear, actionable insights
  • Define and govern global target-setting methodology and deployment across all regions
  • Oversee KPI frameworks to ensure reliability, accuracy and business relevance
  • Lead 360° Retail Performance overview, consolidating insights on sales and KPIs across channels
  • Define and maintain global performance dashboards, ensuring clarity and usability
  • Partner with Digital and IT teams to enhance performance tools and data capabilities
  • Collaborate with Retail Excellence to ensure alignment between performance drivers, store execution and client experience

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Retail Performance, Commercial Planning, Business Analytics or similar functions within an international environment
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in retail with strong understanding of sales drivers, KPIs and productivity levers
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or French highly desirable
  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Solid knowledge of retail KPIs, performance frameworks and productivity drivers
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards and data visualization solutions
  • Familiarity with incentive schemes and workforce productivity models
