Gucci seeks a Global Influencer Relations Manager to lead its worldwide influencer strategy, creator partnerships and talent engagement, building cultural relevance and visibility across organic and paid channels. The role leads a high-performing team and collaborates with global and regional stakeholders; compensation is €55,000 gross annually, with an annual target bonus of up to 15% under the applicable company-level collective agreement and CCNL Industria Pelli e Succedanei (D111).
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead Gucci’s global influencer and creator engagement strategy.
- Build a global network of influencers, creators, cultural talents and opinion leaders aligned with Gucci’s vision.
- Identify emerging voices, trends and communities shaping fashion, culture and digital engagement.
- Develop high-impact influencer partnerships that enhance brand desirability, cultural relevance and visibility.
- Lead organic and paid partnerships, including talent negotiations, campaign deliverables and content usage rights.
- Integrate creators into key brand moments, campaigns, fashion shows, launches and cultural initiatives.
- Develop innovative creator collaborations and social-first storytelling opportunities.
- Integrate creator content into Gucci’s editorial calendar and amplify it across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Partner with Brand Image, Social, Entertainment, PR, Marketing and regional teams to deliver a unified talent strategy.
- Guide and support regional markets in implementing a consistent global influencer vision.
- Establish global guidelines and best practices to align influencer activities across regional markets.
- Foster long-term relationships with leading talents, agents and industry stakeholders worldwide.
- Lead strategic gifting and advocacy programmes that generate authentic engagement and brand affinity.
- Keep Gucci at the forefront of creator marketing, digital culture and emerging platforms.
- Use insights, social listening and performance data to inform strategy and optimize investments.
- Set campaign KPIs and oversee partnership and gifting reports, including engagement, earned media value and measurable business impact.
- Manage influencer marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment.
- Oversee external agencies and strategic partners to deliver excellence across activations.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering creativity, innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, communications or digital marketing, ideally within luxury, fashion, lifestyle or entertainment.
- Proven track record developing global influencer and creator strategies.
- Strong international network of creators, talent representatives and cultural stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumers, digital culture and the evolving creator economy.
- Demonstrated success managing high-profile partnerships and global campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a commercial and performance-driven mindset.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and agencies.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong knowledge of global and Chinese social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Weibo, RED and Douyin.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 55,000 per annum.
