Gucci in Milan seeks a Global Client Development Coordinator (fixed-term) to coordinate global client engagement, events and CRM activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate execution of global client development initiatives across outreach, private appointments, events and bespoke client experiences.
  • Support rollout and localization of strategic guidelines for campaigns, product launches and client activations.
  • Translate global strategy into clear, actionable frameworks, tools and playbooks for regional teams.
  • Partner with Analytics, Client Experience and Contact Strategy to monitor planning effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Act as a reference for client engagement platforms and tools (Wrike, EMT), driving adoption and documenting best practices.
  • Maintain and update client data structures and campaign assets (Luce) to ensure consistency and accuracy across activations.
  • Support client development budget tracking and collaborate with Finance on reporting and monthly closure.
  • Contribute to the global gifting strategy and monitor gifting and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Capture regional and field insights and translate them into actionable inputs for product marketing, merchandising and brand stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in client development, CRM, clienteling or similar roles, ideally within luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic direction into structured, operational plans and guidelines for field teams.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with experience partnering with analytics teams to monitor performance and extract actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; hands‑on experience with Wrike, EMT and Luce is strongly preferred.
  • Well‑developed stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive, highly organised and able to manage complexity and multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree or specialised training in CRM/marketing is a plus.
