Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a network of directly operated Gucci stores in India, ensuring alignment with brand fundamentals and achievement of market, financial, and operational targets
• Own all P&L levers across revenue and cost management to achieve committed yearly financial objectives
• Act as key liaison between Corporate EMEA HQ and local market, ensuring successful implementation of brand strategy and maintaining consistency across all functions
• Provide market and business intelligence to EMEA HQ teams, offering insights into consumer behaviors, competitive positioning, and local market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making
• Oversee customer experience and retail excellence initiatives, including VIP clientele engagement and elevated in-store service delivery
• Coach, mentor, and develop local teams to build a customer-oriented culture and high-performance environment
• Identify, hire, and retain top talent while fostering continuous employee development and internal mobility
• Analyze and optimize retail footprint, identifying underperforming locations and expansion opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with landlords, property owners, and business partners
• Lead new store openings and manage retail network expansion in the assigned market

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing sophisticated, customer-oriented retail organizations within the luxury and fashion industry at an international level
• Deep understanding of premium client expectations, elevated service standards, and operational complexities of high-end retail environments
• Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to drive transformation in large corporate settings and lead diverse teams
• Proficiency in integrating luxury service codes into the customer journey
• Experience navigating dynamic market conditions and leveraging analytical insights to anticipate trends
• Multicultural professional background with strong cross-functional and cross-cultural awareness
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different functions while building consensus
