Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and handle shoe uppers (tomaia) in accordance with production specifications.
  • Perform lining insertion and assemble upper components with precision and care.
  • Execute finishing operations on the upper and/or the completed shoe to meet Gucci quality standards.
  • Pack and prepare finished footwear for shipping, ensuring presentation and protection requirements are met.
  • Work to daily production targets while maintaining consistent product quality and traceability.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workstation and follow company health, safety and quality procedures.
  • Collaborate with production team members to support continuous improvement and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Belongs to the protected categories under Italian law L.68/99 art.1 with documented disability >46% (required).
  • Secondary school diploma (Diploma d’Istruzione Superiore).
  • Good manual dexterity and steady hand skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow production instructions.
  • Motivation for manual, hands-on production work in a factory environment.
