Gucci Flagship Administrator position in New York – manage operations, onboarding, and events at the Fifth Avenue flagship store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks, including ordering employee uniforms and IT equipment
  • Process Concur expense reports for management in accordance with Gucci policies
  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Support daily cash handling procedures, including auditing, reporting, and point-of-sale register operations
  • Assist management with after-sales and operational procedures, including client inquiries, repairs, returns, exchanges, consignments, and special orders
  • Administer all in-store events, appointments, and Client Engagement initiatives involving third-party coordination
  • Work with management to audit, update, and maintain store schedules according to company guidelines

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business software
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal acumen
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly accountable work
  • Meticulous attention to detail and compliance orientation
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic retail environment
  • Valid work authorization to work in the United States
