Gucci Entertainment Industry Relations Intern in London: support talent strategy, manage samples, coordinate events, and engage with cultural influencers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Arrange and manage domestic and international shipments with multiple courier providers, tracking deliveries and ensuring timely sample returns
  • Maintain organized VIP sample inventory and manage all sample send-outs using Fashion GPS tracking systems
  • Coordinate with the Global Entertainment Industry Relations team to secure and manage samples for talent dressing appointments, overseeing logistics and consignments
  • Support the EIR Manager during talent dressing appointments, including fitting room preparation and backstage assistance
  • Prepare for and oversee the annual inventory of the VIP Sample Cupboard
  • Assist the Communications team in organizing local activations, including guest list management, talent travel arrangements, dressing coordination, and on-site support
  • Manage seasonal talent gifting and product activations, ensuring timely delivery to high-profile talent
  • Collaborate with Retail and Head Office teams to maintain relationships, facilitate information sharing, and secure necessary approvals
  • Create and maintain professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint for approvals and stakeholder communication
  • Provide proactive support to the wider Communications team across functions as needed
  • Handle sensitive information and high-profile talent interactions with confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in fashion communications, entertainment, or talent management
  • Proficiency in Fashion GPS, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated discretion and professionalism
  • Knowledge of and genuine interest in London's cultural scene, including music, film, sports, and theatre
