Gucci seeks an EMEA Retail Excellence Intern in Milano to support the Retail Excellence Program across EMEA operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development, monitoring, and execution of Retail Excellence Program activities, strategies, and action plans aligned with regional business objectives
- Conduct analysis, monitoring, and reporting on retail operations and program performance
- Provide presentation support and data visualization for senior leadership and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless program implementation
- Serve as an interface between retail operations, administrative functions, and IT teams for information sharing and issue resolution
- Assist with project coordination and ensure alignment across multiple simultaneous initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strategic and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in project-oriented, multicultural environments (preferred)
- Self-motivated, curious learner with entrepreneurial approach

Experience
Previous experience in a project-oriented multicultural environment is preferred. Strong commitment to the Gucci brand and demonstrated passion for operational excellence are essential.
Education
Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
