Role & Responsibilities

  • Own product-related merchandising for Gucci.com across the Americas, translating seasonal assortment strategy into optimal digital presentation and business outcomes.
  • Partner with omnichannel and regional merchandising, inventory planning and operations to ensure assortments, stock allocations and launches meet market demand and maximize sell-through.
  • Analyze product and client performance to identify growth opportunities; develop actionable merchandising strategies for both retail and eCommerce channels.
  • Lead weekly product activations and manage omni-assortment activation to support campaign and conversion objectives.
  • Optimize categorization, navigation and on‑site search using trending keywords, product trends and SEO recommendations to improve discovery and conversion.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional 360 product kick‑offs, driving alignment across merchandising, content, marketing, Brand Engagement and customer service for launches and sizzle moments.
  • Place and manage sample orders for the Gucci Live showroom to support digital clienteling and regional market needs.
  • Communicate product, promotion and site updates to operations, store sales and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of site experiences and content in collaboration with global digital teams to deliver best-in-class customer journeys.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in eCommerce and/or digital merchandising.
  • Deep product knowledge and a strong passion for fashion with demonstrated eCommerce expertise.
  • Proven analytical capability to interpret product and client data and translate insights into commercial strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 103,500 to USD 115,000 per annum.
