Role & Responsibilities

  • Own product and assortment strategy for Gucci.com across the Americas, ensuring digital assortment complements omnichannel buys and maximizes category potential.
  • Analyze product and client performance to identify revenue opportunities, category gaps and assortment actions across all categories.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Planning to align stock allocation and movements, prioritizing top sellers to optimize digital sales.
  • Manage weekly product activations and omni‑assortment activations; lead digital execution for product launches and key brand moments.
  • Optimize site taxonomy, navigation and on‑site search using trending keywords, product trends and SEO recommendations.
  • Lead 360° product kick‑offs and cross‑functional meetings to align merchandising, content, marketing and operations around digital objectives.
  • Place sample orders for Gucci Live and support digital clienteling initiatives with market‑specific sample selections.
  • Communicate product, promotion and site updates to operations, sales and customer service; partner with Brand Engagement and marketing to amplify merchandising investment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce and/or digital merchandising.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion with deep product knowledge and an eCommerce mindset.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable merchandising plans.
  • Hands‑on, collaborative working style with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and set priorities.
  • Proactive problem solver with attention to detail and the capacity to drive projects to completion.
