Gucci is hiring a Digital Content Coordinator in New York to manage website content and merchandising across its US, Canada, and Mexico sites, monitor performance, support site updates, and optimize the customer experience. The role requires 2–3 years of e-commerce or digital content experience and offers a base salary range of $67,500–$75,000 USD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain product assortments across all categories on the US, Canada, and Mexico websites, including new and special collections, capsule pages, sell-out and cancelled styles, content publishing, and technical setup.
- Support regular site merchandising across all categories on gucci.com, using data-driven performance trends and following worldwide content department guidelines.
- Ensure website prices are accurate and reflect changes communicated by buyers and eMerchandisers.
- Support daily quality assurance of main category pages, ensuring products are arranged according to seasonal guidelines and navigation links work correctly on the live site.
- Coordinate collection and gift guide launches, homepage refreshes, and eCard plans with merchandisers, marketing, and other teams.
- Ensure the website reflects the brand and is current with corporate branding initiatives.
- Collaborate on defined KPIs, collect results, analyze performance, develop key actions, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
- Identify sales opportunities and new initiatives using onsite customer behavior, site performance trends, and asset engagement analytics.
- Continuously optimize merchandising across all categories, including site refreshes, product visual merchandising, and phase-outs.
- Participate in overall site updates, including quality assurance and content management system enhancements.
- Partner with the SEO team to optimize content for consumers.
- Participate in testing, learning, and implementing the new gucci.com frontend and backend.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital content.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field desired.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to quickly learn internal systems, site reporting tools such as Google Analytics, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently, on time, and accurately.
- Strong analytical skills, including evaluation of digital site performance, user experience, and analytics.
- Understanding of and passion for the luxury and retail landscape, both digital and brick-and-mortar.
- Must have proper work authorization to work in the United States.
