Gucci Customs & Invoicing Specialist in Scandicci, Italy. Support import/export compliance, manage customs documentation, and ensure regulatory adherence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of import and export activities, ensuring strict compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures
- Manage customs documentation for temporary and definitive operations, including CARNET, TPP, and other customs-related requirements
- Maintain customs and customer-related records with meticulous attention to data accuracy and completeness
- Prepare regulatory reporting activities, including INTRASTAT communications and customs-related submissions
- Contribute to continuous process improvement through reporting, data analysis, and operational support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth movement of goods across international markets
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Customs, Import/Export, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Shipping Operations, or Invoicing
- Proven knowledge of customs and international trade processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in customs, import/export operations, logistics, trade compliance, shipping operations, or invoicing activities, with demonstrated proficiency in managing international trade documentation and regulatory requirements.
Education
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Scandicci, Tuscany, Italy, with easy access to Florence.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 31,000 per annum.
