Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of the Brand’s monthly consolidated accounts and related reporting to top management; run monthly consolidation closures and produce commentary and analysis for stakeholders.
  • Manage the intercompany reconciliation process, investigate mismatches and liaise with intragroup counterparts to resolve differences.
  • Prepare and apply IFRS adjustments to local reporting packages and perform on-top consolidation adjustments to ensure Group policy compliance.
  • Monitor actual financial metrics and perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast, highlighting material deviations.
  • Coordinate information flow and provide regional offices with accounting and controlling support to facilitate compliance with Group policies.
  • Conduct IFRS 16 related analyses using dedicated IT tools and integrate results into the consolidated reporting package.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting and operational teams in a matrix environment to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.
  • Proven technical proficiency with HFM and MS Office.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS standards, including IFRS 16; demonstrated ability to apply standards in consolidation.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive and able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience preparing management analysis for senior leadership.

Experience

2–4 years of progressive experience in consolidation, group accounting or financial reporting within a multinational environment; prior exposure to month-end/quarter-end close processes and stakeholder reporting is expected.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.
