Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage to guests promptly while maintaining a professional, polished service manner.
- Prepare accurate and timely mise en place to support smooth service flow and high presentation standards.
- Prepare and maintain the Sala (dining room) daily, ensuring elegance, cleanliness and readiness for service.
- Provide operational assistance across the floor when required, supporting colleagues during peak periods.
- Anticipate guest needs, apply discretion and uphold the House’s service rituals and standards.
- Manage multiple service priorities in a fast-paced, luxury environment while preserving attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry; prior experience in luxury or high-end restaurant contexts strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Professional appearance and impeccable grooming.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with proven teamwork capability.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing service demands.
- Poise, spontaneity and discretion when interacting with discerning guests.

Experience
At least one year of hands-on experience in tourism or hospitality; experience in luxury dining or high-end restaurant service is highly advantageous.
Education
