Role & Responsibilities
- Execute optimal and timely preparation of mise en place with meticulous attention to detail
- Clean, cut, and prepare vegetables according to established mise en place standards
- Prepare eggs, sauces, and other basic preparations under guidance of the Chefs de Partie
- Support Chefs de Partie with daily kitchen maintenance and preparation tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide operational support to the kitchen brigade as requested
- Maintain proper conservation and storage of kitchen products following food safety protocols

- Professional appearance and impeccable personal grooming
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

- Standard knowledge of main kitchen operating procedures
- Basic knowledge of current food safety regulations and main safety standards
- Basic knowledge of kitchen machinery and food preservation techniques
Skills
Experience
No prior professional kitchen experience is required; training will be provided as part of the internship programme.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; culinary training or hospitality education is a plus but not required.
